Meet the Enclave Development Team!
The Columbus Housing Partnership has a strong working relationship with the Enclave’s property manager and architecture firm, Wallick Properties and Berardi + Partners . Information on each member of the development team is below.
General Partner and Developer:
 Columbus Housing Partnership (www.homeportohio.org) is a private, non-profit organization founded with the belief that decent and affordable homes are the cornerstone of family life and of healthy communities.
CHP has been a leader in producing high-quality affordable housing for families throughout Columbus since 1987. In the course if its 23 year history, CHP has participated in the development, sale or preservation of more than 4,000 units of housing in central Ohio.

The Enclave was envisioned as a unique opportunity to address Hilliard’s housing needs. |
CHP’s goal is to provide housing affordable to lower-income families within their own community. Recognizing that many working families in the Hilliard area are burdened by housing costs, the Enclave at Hilliard Run was envisioned as a unique opportunity to address these housing needs.
The development of the Enclave will enable many families in the Hilliard area to continue to live and work within their community.
 Property Manager:
The Enclave will be professionally managed by Wallick Properties Midwest, one of the largest and most experienced residential property management firms in Ohio. Wallick is responsible for the management of over 150 multifamily communities consisting of approximately 11,800 apartment units in 6 states (Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Wisconsin and Arizona).
Wallick Properties has an extensive partnership history with CHP. This partnership has ensured that all CHP properties are managed with high standards in lease screening and property maintenance. Wallick will maintain high standards for the ongoing upkeep of the Enclave property, including landscaping and an attractive “front-door” image.
Architect:
Berardi + Partners, Inc. is a locally based, multi-disciplinary architectural firm with over 30 years of experience. Berardi’s portfolio includes a broad range of building types with a principal focus on the housing industry. To date, the firm has completed in excess of 500 housing developments.

Berardi + Partners has also successfully managed a broad range of other work including commercial, industrial, institutional, retail, historic rehabilitation for re-use and retirement campus master planning. Most recently, the firm developed several downtown luxury condominiums in cooperation with the greater Columbus Downtown housing initiative.
CHP has worked with Berardi + Partners on several previous rental developments. Berardi designed Fieldstone Court, CHP’s senior development that has been well received in the community.
