Family Benefits at the Enclave
The Columbus Housing Partnership, along with their community service partners, has a strong history of providing meaningful financial and homeownership training services to families throughout Central Ohio. Many resources available through CHP and other community partners will be available to residents at the Enclave.
CHP will also maintain an on-site resident service coordinator to assist families at the Enclave. The site will include a community center with after-school programming and computer labs, as well as an enrichment center managed by the service coordinator.

Columbus Housing Partnership recognizes that safety and security are of paramount importance to families moving into The Enclave. For this reason, CHP helps residents organize block watch programs and carefully considers security in the design of each development.
The Enclave's units and community building will be oriented towards the playground area to assist parents in supervision of their children, and extensive daylight-sensitive exterior lighting will be used throughout the property. Furthermore, the comprehensive tenant screening and management process overseen by Wallick, CHP, and financial investors will ensure the Enclave is a secure and enjoyable community for all residents.
