Where: The Enclave at Hilliard Run will be located south of the intersection of Renner and Spindler Roads in the City of Columbus. Children will attend Hilliard City Schools.

When: Groundbreaking is scheduled for summer 2011 with construction completed in 12 months.

Who: Columbus Housing Partnership is the owner and developer of the Enclave at Hilliard Run. The architect is Berardi + Partners. The Wallick Companies joins the team as leasing agent and property manager. (See profiles on back page.)

Why: Columbus Housing Partnership designed the development to serve working families, many of whom are employed in nearby retail and light industrial businesses. The Enclave at Hilliard Run is an affordable rental housing development. CHP has reduced the land use density for the acreage it is developing by 33%.

Financing: Will include private-public funding with Low Income Housing Tax Credits through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and private sources.
