Why: Columbus Housing Partnership designed the development to serve working families, many of whom are employed in nearby retail and light industrial businesses. The Enclave at Hilliard Run is an affordable rental housing development. CHP has reduced the land use density for the acreage it is developing by 33%.
Financing: Will include private-public funding with Low Income Housing Tax Credits through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and private sources.
